摘要
介绍了数字式高压瞬态记录仪的硬件、软件的研制和主要功能。重点论述了高速大容量数据采样器的硬件研制，并对测量分析软件的设计、程控分压器、抗干扰措施等关键技术作了说明。实现了高压瞬态信号的全数字化自动记录和波形处理，能满足高压冲击等信号对自动测量要求。
The author presents the main functions of the high voltage, high speed and huge memory transient measurement equipment, the design of the hardware, software. The author introduces the hardware design of the high speed, huge memory data sampler, and explains the know-how of the design of the data analysis sofwave, program-controlled voltage deriver and the anti-interfere measures, which the equipment has a good performance on site.It is realized the automatic digital measurement, and is satisfied with the requirement of high voltage digital measmement.
