摘要
以CTD(ChargeTransferDevices——电荷转移器件)为核心,研制出一种新型横向滤波器。该滤波器具有频率特性可随意调节、调节精度高、稳定性好等特点,可以作为补偿电路,对任意传感器或测试系统的频率特性进行补偿,以拓宽其工作频带。
The study develops a new transversal filter based on CTD (Charge Transfer Devices).This transversal filter has the traits of adjustable frequency characteristic arbitrarily,high precision and good stability,etc. So it can compensate the frequency characteristic of sensor or test system,in order to extend their work frequency.
