摘要
在实验室条件下通过观察ADI渣浆泵叶片磨损的宏观和微观形貌 。
The abrasion mechanism of blades with ADI in slurry pump has analyzed by investigating the macro and micro abrasion surface topography. It is showed that the abrasion mechanism of ADI is different from the brittle materials like white cast iron; abrasion appear mainly in the head, middle to end pressure surface, and middle to end suction surface of the blades, and most severe in the end suction surface; abrasion mode in these areas are different from each other for the hydraulic conditions change.
