摘要
2006年以来,西藏公益性岗位工作取得了显著成效,走出了一条富有西藏特色的公益性岗位开发之路,最大限度地为就业困难群体创造了就业和发展机会,保障了困难居民家庭的基本生活需要,照顾了新增就业困难群体的就业需求,提升了社会管理水平,促进了社会安定与和谐。
