路优泰治疗2型糖尿病合并抑郁症的疗效观察

The Clinical Effect of Neurostan on type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Patients Companied with Depression

目的:分析路优泰治疗2型糖尿病(T2DM)合并抑郁症的临床疗效。方法:选取52例T2DM合并抑郁症的患者,按治疗方案不同分为两组:对照组,予以常规治疗,共26例;观察组,在常规治疗基础上予以路优泰联用,共26例。治疗6周后,分别比较两组的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、HbA1c和汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD-17)的差异。结果:与治疗前比较,治疗后两组血糖、HbA1c均有下降(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组的血糖、HbA1c下降程度更加明显(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组HAMD-17明显低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组HAMD-17治疗后较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),但是对照组HAMD-17治疗前后无差异(P>0.05)。结论:路优泰治疗T2DM合并抑郁症的临床疗效显著。

Objective：To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of neurostan on type 2 diabetes meUitus （T2DM） pa- tients companied with depression. Methods：A total of 52 T2DM patients companied with depression were divided into two groups, randomizedly, control group （26 patients, received conventional therapy） and observe group （26 patients, received conventional therapy and neurostan）. After 6 weeks, the fasting plasma glucose （ FPG）, postprandial plasma glucose （PPG）, HbAlc and Hamilton depressive scale （ HAMD - 17） were compared between two groups. Results： Compared to pre -therapy, the FPG, PPG and HbA1 c were decreasing （P 〈 0. 05）. Compared to control group, the decreasing degree of FPG, PPG and HbAlc in observe group were more obvious （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The HAMD - 17 in observe group was lower than control group after therapy （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and the post - therapy HAMD - 17 in observe group was more lower than the pre - therapy HAMD - 17 （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. But there was no difference between pre - and post - therapy （P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusions：The effect of neurostan on T2DM patients companied with depression was perfect.
