血浆同型半胱氨酸水平与冠脉粥样硬化程度相关性的进一步研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨血浆同型半胱氨酸水平与冠状动脉粥样硬化病变程度的关系。方法:选择220例行冠状动脉造影检查的患者,将其分为冠脉正常组和冠脉硬化组各110例,用直接化学发光法测定血浆同型半胱氨酸水平,根据Gensini评分进一步将冠脉硬化组依低危、中危、高危分成a、b、c三个亚组,比较各组同型半胱氨酸水平差异及与冠状动脉硬化程度的相关性。结果:冠状动脉硬化组血浆Hcy水平(25.79±14.58μmol/L)明显高于冠脉正常组(9.97±4.82μmol/L);随着Gensini评分的升高,冠状动脉硬化程度愈严重,血浆Hcy水平愈高。血浆Hcy水平与冠状动脉硬化程度呈正相关,相关系数r=0.375(P<0.01)。结论:血浆Hcy水平与冠状动脉硬化程度呈正相关。 Objective: To study the correlation between Homocysteine (Hcy) level and coronary stenosis degree. Methods : A total of 220 patients undergoing selective coronary angiograply were enrolled in this study . The patients were classified into the coronary artery disease(CAD) group and the non- CAD group , which 110 patients were contained separetentedly. The direct chemiluminescence method was applied to measure Hey concentration. The possible correlation of Hey level and Gension score were studied by linear correlation. Results : The level of Hey in the CAD group were significantly different from those in the control group ; Hey level increased with the extents of coronery stenosis and had a position association with Gension score. Conclusions:A position correlation exists between Hcy level and severity of coronary stenosis.
