论生态学视野下的青少年法制教育

On the Legal Education of Adolescence in the Perspective of Ecology

提高青少年法律意识和法律素质是提高全民族素质的关键。从生态学视角研究人的发展和教育问题是当代研究的新视点之一,也是社会学中最具代表性的方法之一。本文从生态学角度阐述了青少年法制教育的教育环境——教育载体——教育对象的思路,以期逐步实现青少年法制教育的规范化和科学化。

improving youngsters＂ legal consciousness and legal quality is the key to enhance the whole nation quality. From the perspective of ecology to study the human development and education problem is the new viewpoint of contemporary research. It is one of the most representative methods in sociology. This paper expounds the education environment, carrier and object of the adolescence from the perspective of ecology, so as to gradually realize standard and scientific legal education of adolescence.
