一株牛源嗜酸性乳杆菌体外抑菌试验研究

Experimental Research on Bacteriostasis in vitro of Lactobacillus acidophilus from Calf Origin

为了验证微生态活菌制剂候选菌株的益生特性,将筛选出的牛源嗜酸性乳杆菌NL0908进行体外抑菌试验,通过共培养和上清液抑菌试验,分析发现,菌株NL0908对病原菌大肠杆菌有较强的抑菌作用。将其上清液进行相应的热处理、蛋白酶处理、中和酸等,结果表明,其抑菌物质主要是由有机酸和抗菌小肽物质共同作用。

In order to verify probiotic properlies of candidate strain, put selected NL0908 LactobaciUus acidophilus from calf origin into experiment of bacteriostasis in vitro, through co-culture and supernatant bacteriostatic test, it found that NL0908 strain pathogenic hadantibacterial activity to Escherichia coll. thermal, proteinase treatment and neutralization with supematant, it proved that antibacterial substance may combined action organic acid and mini-peptides of antimicrobial substance.
