摘要
[目的]制备盐酸小檗碱固体脂质纳米粒。[方法]采用乳化蒸发低温固化法制备盐酸小檗碱纳米粒,采用离体角膜透过实验对其体外进行评价。[结果]制备的纳米粒的包封率为51.1%,平均粒径为(19±2)nm,zeta电位为-11.5 mV,表观渗透系数为(1.46±0.45)×10-6cm/s,与对照组相比增加了16%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]所用制备工艺简单,可用于制备盐酸小檗碱固体脂质纳米粒。
[Objective] To prepare ophthalmic solid lipid nanoparticles loading berberine hydrochloride. [Methods] The solid lipid nanoparticles loading berberine hydrochloride were prepared by emulsification-ultrasonic method. The isolated cornea permeation test of the formulation was studied in rabbit. The permeated amount of berberine hydrochloride was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. [Results] The entrapment efficiencies of nanoparticle was 51.1%. The average particle size was (19±2) nm. The'zeta potential was -11.5 mV. The transparent coefficient of the formulation was (1.46±0.45)×10^-6cm/s, increased for 16% when compared with control (P〈0.05). [Conclusion] The preparation technique is simple and stable, which could be used to prepare the solid lipid nanoparticles loading berberine hydrochloride.
