南京地区汉族人群血小板特异性HPA-7c等位基因频率的调查

摘要 目的调查南京地区汉族献血者人群中HPA-7c的等位基因频率。方法采用PCR-SSP方法检测HPA-7a、b、c的3个等位基因。结果在被调查的1 065人中,未检出HPA-7c等位基因。HPA-7a的等位基因频率为1.000,HPA-7b和-7c的等位基因频率都为0。结论南京地区汉族献血者人群中尚未发现HPA-7c等位基因的存在。
