徐州市社区医院实施临终关怀现状及需求情况调查

Survey of implementation status and requirement of community hospitals about hospice care in Xuzhou city

[目的]了解徐州市社区医院实施临终关怀现状及需求情况,探讨普及临终关怀的可行性及有效途径。[方法]采用随机抽样的方法,对徐州市市区98名社区医院工作者和200名社区居民进行临终关怀实施状况及需求程度的问卷调查。[结果]实施临终关怀服务的社区医院仅为18.4%;影响社区医院实施临终关怀服务的主要因素为国家与社会关注不够、设备不齐全、人员专业度不够及居民个人意识不强;98.0%的社区工作者希望进行专业培训,82.7%的工作者希望进行相关心理咨询方面的培训内容。[结论]徐州市社区医院实施临终关怀的现状不佳,其实施水平有待提高;应大力开展临终关怀服务的实施和技能的培训,进一步普及临终关怀的实施程度。

Objective： To know about the implementation status and requirement of community hospital about hospice care in Xuzhou city, and probe into the feasibility and effective way of popularization of hospice care. Methods： using random sampling method, a total of 98 community hospital workers and 200 community residents were surveyed with questionnaire about implementation status and requirement for hospice service. Results：Only 18. 4% community hospitals had implemented the hospice care,and the major factors influencing implementation of hospice in com- munity hospitals included the state and society paying un - enough atten- tion, uncomplete equipments, insufficient professional degree of workers and un - enough personal consciousness of residents; 98. 0% community workers hoped to carry out professional training,and 82.7% of the workers hoped the relevant psychological consulting training. Conclusion： The implementation status of community hospitals about hospice care is poor, and its level of implementation needs to he improved, the implementation of hospice services and skills training should be Vigorously carried out, so as to further popularize the implementation of hospice.
