在校护理本科生课余活动现状调查与分析

Survey and analysis of status quo of extracurricular activities of nursing undergraduates at school

[目的]了解在校护理本科生课余活动现状,为改善在校大学生课余生活质量、增强就业能力提供建议。[方法]自行设计调查问卷,对321名在校护理本科生进行课余活动现状的调查,包括课余生活方式选择、参加社团活动情况、对大学生活的满意度、对职业生涯规划指导及教师参与课余活动的期望度5个方面。[结果]在校护理本科生课余活动以娱乐主导型为主,大多数学生参加过学校社团、院系举办的活动,对大学生活的满意度不高,期望得到职业生涯规划指导,希望教师参与其课余活动。[结论]以提高本科护生专业实践能力与综合素质为导向,丰富课余活动内容与形式;尽早协助本科护生进行职业生涯规划,重视教师的参与和指导,以提高在校本科护生在校学习生活质量。

Objective：To know about the status quo of extracurricular activities of nursing undergraduates at the school, so as to provide the suggestions for improving the quality of extracurricular life of college students at school and enhance their employability. Methods：A total of 321 nursing undergraduates at school were investigated on status quo of their extracurricular life ineluding five aspects of lifestyle choices afterschool, participating in community activities,satisfaction at college life,planning and guidance of career and expectations on teacher involved in extra - curricular activities. Results：The extra- curricular activities of nursing undergraduates in school were enter- tainmentoriented in extracurricular activities to, most of the students had participated in activities organized by school clubs and departments, their satisfaction at university life was not high, and they expected career planning and guidance and hope the teachers to participate in its extra - curricular activities. Conclusion： We should take improving professional practical ability and comprehensive quality of nursing undergraduates oriented, enrich content and form of extra -curricular activities, assist nursing undergraduates to realize the career planning as early as possible, emphasize on teachers＂ involvement and guidance, so as to improve the quality of learning and life of nursing undergraduates at the schools.
