将纱线质量指标体系归纳为形状状态、表面状态和内在状态三大类。文章指出现代纺纱质量控制,是实现对纱线质量的系统控制。应建立对纱线质量的离线检测、在线检测和控制、生产系统信息化和网络化的质量控制体系。

Yarn quality index system is comprised of shape index,index of appearance and inner index.This paper points out that the key to modern yarn quality control is to realize systematic control of yarn quality.A quality control system that integrates the functions of offline inspection,on-line inspection and control as well as information-and network-based management of production should be set up for all-around control of yarn quality.
