摘要
利用ANSYS软件对YOXD650型液力耦合器的泵轮进行有限元分析,研究其在液体离心力作用下,液体对泵轮的作用力情况,计算得出其最大应力远小于许用应力,为耦合器泵轮的设计提供了参考。
Using the Ansys software, the author is going to do a finite element analysis on the pump impeller of fluid coupling to analyze the acting force on the fluid coupling of liquid under the effect of centrifugal force. The result indicates that the ultimate stress is much smaller than the allowable stress, which provides reference for the design of pump impeller
