The Trouble-shooting of High Pressure Common Rail Diesel Engine Based on the Error Code

根据目前国内电控柴油机的使用和维修现状,结合企业维修实际,总结了高压共轨柴油机的检修经验,提出了基于故障代码的高压共轨柴油机的故障检修方法,并针对某一典型故障进行排查和修理,以供同行参考。

According to the usage and maintenance of the Electronically Controlled Engine in china and combining with the actual repair enterprises, this paper summarizes up some maintenance experiences of the high pressure common rail ECU, proposes the troubleshooting meth- od of the high pressure common rail diesel engine fault diagnosis method based on the error code, and aims at a typical fault inspection and repair, for reference.
