A Brief Study on the Promoting Departmental Construction through Evaluation in Higher Vocational College

为了达到"以评促建"的目的,高职院校系部在领会评估方案精神、完成各项指标任务的基础上,找准薄弱环节进行针对性的整改。其中这项工作更是系部"以评促建"工作的重中之重是通过完善实训基地建设以弥补实践教学环节的薄弱,遵循市场规律、市场机制和市场原则以推进"特色专业"的设置和建设,根据"师资队伍"的指标内涵则指导系部建设一支规模适宜、质量优良、结构合理、专兼结合的师资队伍,因势利导地做好新模式下的教学管理工作。

In order to achieve the purpose of the promoting departmental construction through evaluation in higher vocational colleges, the weak links should be improved by the better understanding of higher education evaluation system and finishing all the tasks, some of which are the most important. Firstly, the practical teaching can be perfected through the training base construction. Secondly, the setup and con- struction of the characteristic major should comply with the market mechanism and the market principles. Thirdly, according to the indexical connotations, the teaching staff should be built to be the one of proper size, high quality, the rational construction of teachers and combination of the full-time teachers with the half-time ones. Therefore, the system of teaehin~ manazement can be ~ut in operation
