摘要
现代工程是大工程,需要具有丰富知识、能力和良好素质的卓越工程师。面向工程实际的工程实践教学是实施卓越工程师培养计划的基石。结合现代工程对卓越工程师的基本素质的要求,从加强学校与企业深度合作、拓展综合工程实践训练内容等方面,论述了工程实践教学在培养卓越工程师中的作用。
The modem engineering is a large project and it needs outstanding engineers who have extensive knowledge, exceptional ability and high quality. The engineering practice teaching is the foundation for implementing training plan of outstanding engineers for it orients to the engineering practice. This paper illustrates the role of practice teaching in cultivation of outstanding engineers from the following aspects combined with the basic quality requirements of outstanding engineers in modem engineering. One is strengthening the school-enterprise co- operation, another is expanding the comprehensive engineering training contents.
