摘要
近几年来,我国不断增大对外开放,跨国公司和外资企业也不断进入我国市场,这对国内中小企业造成了巨大的冲击,人才流失、跳槽事件频频发生。在这些挑战和冲击面前,如何吸引并且留住人才成了中小企业的热门话题。因此提出留住人才的各种手段和策略,有利于中小企业在竞争中处于优势地位。
In recent years, China's opening-up increased, multinational companies and foreign-funded enterprises continue to enter the Chinese market, for domestic small and medium-sized enterprises, caused a huge impact, brain drain, jumping events happened frequently. In these challenging and the shock front, how to attract and retain talents has become the hot topic of medium and small enterprises. This article proposed boycott of loss of talents in various means and strategy, for small and medium enterprises in a competitive advantage in providing security.
