摘要
传统的偏振测量仪由于采用单光路测量系统 ,测量精度受光源稳定性限制较大。一种新的改进方案是采用双光路偏振测量系统 ,通过适当地选择两光路检偏片的通光轴位置并引入中间参数P ,可以使系统的测量精度提高一倍 ,并降低了对系统元件透光性和偏振元件制造精度、安装精度的要求。建立了它的测量模型 ,进行了系统精度分析 ,利用该系统对葡萄糖溶液浓度进行了测试实验 ,得到了和理论推导相一致的结果。
The single optical path measuring system is adopted in traditional polarimeter and its precision is not high,mainly affected by the instability of light source.A new method of using two optical paths polarization measuring system is introduced.By properly selecting positions of analyzers in two optical paths and introducing a new parameter P ,the precision of system can be doubled and requirements for transparence of the elements and producing and installing accuracy of the polarimeter are reduced.Mathematical model of the two optical paths polarimeter is proposed,precision analysis and measurement results of glucose resolution are presented.This system can be used in the field of biomedicine to determine the concentrations of biological medical resolution and analyze the structures of molecules.
