摘要
通过剖析汽车零部件企业在采购管理中所存在的问题,围绕采购价值链与精益化采购体系的建设,着力就提升基础管理、构建准时制交付体系、完善供应商动态管理、控制采购成本、提高配套产品实物质量、推进信息化建设等方面提出了针对性、可操作的改进对策。
The problem to management of the procurement of auto parts enterprises was analyzed, around the construction of the procurement value chain and lean procurement, focusing on upgrading of basic management, building in-time delivery system, improving the dynamic management of the supplier, controlling procurement costs, improving the physical quality of ancillary products, promoting information tech- nology, the problem and corresponding improvement measures was given. It is very important to create a procurement value chain and development advantages of guiding significance for the enterprise.
