The Rights Management Thoughts on Traditional Publisher Operating Digital Learning Platform

信息技术的迅猛发展有力地推动了数字化学习的进程。数字技术打破了原有的版权作品创造者、使用者以及传播者之间的利益结构。本文对数字化学习平台的版权归属、合理使用和UGC运营模式进行了思考,并提出一些行之有效的版权管理对策。

The digital learning process is promoted effectively with the rapid development of information technology. The digital technology breaks the original interest structure among the copyright works creators, their users end propagators. This paper analyzed about the ownership of the copyright status, the rational use and UGG operation model of digital learning platform. At the end of this paper, it also provided some effective strategies of digital rights management.
