对一稿多投的价值态度与对策研究综述

一稿多投是国内编辑出版行业和学术界研究、讨论的一个重要话题,人们对一稿多投所持价值态度包括否定与认同的对立态度、区别对待和理性宽容的折衷态度。基于不同立场解决一稿多投问题需要在策略层面明确各方责任,采取适当的事后处理方式,做好事先防范。后续研究需要在各方意见表达更加充分、认识更加深入的基础上凝聚共识,形成问题最终得以有效解决的策略及行为模式。

The value orientation from the mass varies from antagonistic attitude to compromise attitude. The settlement of treatise multi-submission based on different standpoints needs, from a strategic level, to clarify the responsibilities of different parties, to take reasonable measures after things happen, and to have good precautions. The existing researches have formed multiple perspectives based on different discipline theories and various standpoints from different stakeholders. The follow-up study should form an effective tactics and behavioral model to solve the problem on the basis of a deeply discussion, understanding from different parties.
