摘要
目的:通过社区护理管理实践,探索满足社区居民健康需求的社区护理人才培养模式。方法:建立社区护理管理制度,合理配置有限护理人力资源,建设护理人员队伍,培养护理人才并进行效果评价。结果:护理人员综合素质得到全面提高并形成了稳定的业务骨干队伍。结论:社区护理管理实践促进了社区护理人才的培养及社区护理学科的发展。
Objectives:To explore community personnel training model in order to meet the health needs of community residents through community nursing management practice. Methods: We established community nursing management system, reasonably allocated limited nursing personnel, construct nursing team, cultivate nursing talents and evaluated the effect. Results: Nurses' comprehensive quality were improved and they formed a stable professional core team. Conclusion: Community nursing management practice improves the community nursing personnel training and the development of community nursing.
