摘要
在计划行为理论和社会认知理论的基础上,从个人态度、主观规范、对报告系统的感知、对报告益处的感知4个方面系统地分析医护人员报告不良事件行为意向的影响因素,为下一步构建权威性的医护人员报告不良事件行为意向测评量表提供理论依据,为今后建立高效、畅通、非惩罚性不良事件报告系统提供参考模板,最终实现保障患者安全、改善服务质量的目的。
Based on planned behavior theory and social cognitive theory, we systematically analyzed influencing factors of medical staff's adverse events reporting behavior intention from the view of personal attitudes, subjective norms, reporting system perception, and reporting benefits perception. The study could provide theoretical basis for drawing up authoritative adverse events reporting behavior intentions scale, provide reference template for establishing efficient, smooth, and non-punitive adverse events reporting system, and finally realized the goal of guaranteeing patients safety and improving service quality.
