孝感市新生儿病房医院感染管理现状调查分析

The investigation and analysis of hospital infection management in neonatal wardsof Xiaogan City

目的:调查分析孝感市新生儿病房医院感染管理现状,为加强新生儿院内感染管理提供科学依据。方法:通过现场查看、随机考核、查阅资料等方式,全面了解孝感市各级医疗单位新生儿病房的医院感染管理现状。结果:各新生儿病房的医院感染管理制度均健全,但缺乏可操作性。约有82%的新生儿病房布局、洗手设施不符合医院感染管理要求,约有59%的新生儿病房不能正确清洗与消毒用物,29%的新生儿病房未规范处置医疗废物,20%的新生儿病房医护人员未按洗手指征进行手卫生。结论:孝感市新生儿病房医院感染管理尚存在诸多不足,亟待加强医院感染控制监管,提高医院感染管理的整体水平。

Objective： To investigate present situation of the management of hospital infection in neonatal wards in Xiaogan city and to provide the scientific basis for strengthening the management of nosocomial infection in neonates. Methods： Through onsite investigation, random evaluation, review documents and other means, the group had a comprehensive understanding of current situations of hospital infection management in neonatal wards in medical and health care institutions of Xiaogan city. Results： All medical and health care institutions in Xiaogan city had basic infection prevention, control system, and rules and regulations, but lack of operability. About 82% overall arrangements of neonatal wards and hand-washing facilities did not meet the requirement of hospital infection prevention and control. About 59% of neonatal wards were failed to properly clean and disinfect the used medical material. About 29% medical waste in neonatal ward was not standard disposed, and 20% neonatal health care workers could not wash their fingers in accordance with the standard. Conclusion： Neonatal nosocomial infection management in Xiaogan city is still inadequate. It is urgently needed to strengthen control regulation in neonatal wards, and increase the level of hospital infection management in neonatal wards.
