基于Delphi法的《癫痫中医证候调查表》专家问卷的建立

Establishment of Expert Investigation Questionnaire for Traditional Chinese Medical Syndromes of Epilepsy Basd on Delphi Method

【目的】研制《癫痫中医证候调查表》,建立癫痫中医辨证的标准化定量评价方法。【方法】汇总癫痫相关的中医行业标准及多版《中医内科学》中癫痫的症状和体征,整理成条目池,编写《癫痫中医辨证专家问卷调查表》。采用根据地域的分层抽样与偶遇抽样相结合的方法,选择三甲医院中医神经内科具有高级职称或博士学位的医师,进行专家问卷调查,对各条目的重要性进行量化评分,录入并分析调查结果,根据各条目的均数、标准差、变异系数、0分率评价并筛选条目。【结果】专家的积极系数较高,来自14个省份的36位专家合格完成问卷,通过条目评价与筛选,初步制订了《癫痫中医证候调查表》。【结论】采用文献调研和Delphi法制订的《癫痫中医证候调查表》,既代表传统中医对癫痫的辨证思路与方法,又代表当代中医神经病学专家对于癫痫辨证的主流意见,可用于癫痫中医证候的标准化定量评价。

Objective To establish Questionnaire for Traditional Chinese Medical Syndromes of Epilepsy, and to make quantitative standardization assessment of traditional Chinese medical syndrome differentiation of epilepsy. Methods Symptoms and signs of epilepsy listed in the professional standard of Chinese medicine and different editions of Chinese Internal Medicine were collected and sorted into item pool, and then made into Expert Investigation Questionnaire for Traditional Chinese Medical Syndromes of Epilepsy. Area stratified sampling random method combined with accidental sampling method was used for the selection of experts from third-grade class-A traditional Chinese medical hospitals all over the country. The scores of each item were given by the experts, and then were input into the computer for analysis. With reference to the mean, standard deviation, variation coefficient, and rate for zero score, the items were screened. Results Thirty-six experts from 14 provinces completed the questionnaire, and then Expert Investigation Questionnaire for Traditional Chinese Medical Syndromes of Epilepsy was established preliminarily after item evaluation and screening. Conclusion The Expert Investigation Questionnaire for Traditional Chinese Medical Syndromes of Epilepsy, which is established on the base of literature and Delphi method, not only includes the thoughts and methods for syndrome differentiation of epilepsy in traditional Chinese medical theory, but also includes the mainstream opinions for syndrome differentiation of epilepsy by modern Chinese medical neurological experts, and can be used for the standardization of syndrome differentiction of epilepsy.
