参芪扶正注射液合利脑心胶囊治疗老年人急性缺血性中风的疗效观察 被引量:4

Effect of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection Combined with Linaoxin Capsule for Senile Acute Ischemic Stroke Patients

摘要 【目的】观察参芪扶正注射液合利脑心胶囊治疗老年人急性缺血性中风气虚血瘀型的临床疗效。【方法】选择发病1周内的90例急性缺血性中风气虚血瘀型患者,随机分为治疗组、中药对照组和西药对照组3组,每组各30例。治疗组给予参芪扶正注射液合利脑心胶囊治疗,中药对照组给予利脑心胶囊鼻饲或口服治疗,西药对照组给予常规西药治疗。3组均以4周为1个疗程,疗程结束后观察近期疗效、神经功能缺损评分、中医证候积分、血液流变学指标情况,并评价其安全性。【结果】治疗4周后,治疗组的近期疗效均显著优于对照组(P<0.01),中医证候积分和神经功能的改善,以及血液流变学各项指标的降低均显著优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01),且未发现有明显的不良反应。【结论】参芪扶正注射液结合利脑心胶囊用于老年急性缺血性中风气虚血瘀型的治疗安全有效。 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection (SFI) combined with Linaoxin Capsule (LC) for senile acute ischemic stroke patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis. Methods Ninety qualified onset patients within one week were equally randomized into 3 groups. The combination group was given SFI combined with oral use of LC, Chinese medicine group received nasal feeding or oral use of LC, and western medicine group was given routine western medical treatment. Four weeks constituted one treatment course. At the end of treatment course, short-term effect, scores of neurologic impairment, scores of traditional Chinese medical syndromes, hemorheology indexes were observed. The safety of the medicine was also monitored. Results After treatment for 4 weeks, short-term effect, scores of neurologic impairment, scores of traditional Chinese medical syndromes, hemorheology indexes were improved obviously in the combination group ( P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0. 01 compared with those in Chinese medicine group and western medicine group). No adverse action was found. Conclusion Shenqi Fuzheng Injection combined with Linaoxin Capsule is safe and effective for the treatment of senile acute ischemic stroke patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis.
