“院校结合”打造“双师型”高职护理教学团队 被引量:23

摘要 目的:探索在"院校结合"的培养管理模式下打造"双师型"高职护理教学团队,为培养紧贴临床护理岗位需求的高职护理人才提供支撑。方法:选择2009-2010学年度护理专、兼职教师共39人为试验组,采用"院校结合"的培养管理模式;选择2008-2009学年度护理专、兼职教师35人为对照组,采用学校、医院分别培养管理模式。通过学生评教成绩以及教学督导组对两组教师的综合评价进行同期对比。结果:学生评教成绩试验组与对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);教学督导组对两组教师的综合评价结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:"院校结合"的培养管理模式有利于提高高职护理教学效果,打造"双师型"高职护理教学团队。 Objective: To explore using "Hospitals and Colleges cooperation" mode to build "two-qualification" higher vocational nursing teaching team, Methods: Thirty- nine full-time or part-time nursing instructors of 2009-2010 year were selected to form the experimental group, which adopt the method of "Hospitals and Colleges cooperation" training management mode. Another 35 nursing instructors of 2008-2009 year were selected to form the control group, using school training management mode. Two groups were comprehensive evaluated through student's evaluation of instruction and teaching supervisor's examination, and the results were compared between the two groups. Results: The scores of student's evaluation of teaching were statistically significant between the experimental group and the control group (P〈0.05). The difference of the comprehensive evaluation of teaching supervisors' examination for the two groups was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Through adopting the method of "Hospitals and Colleges cooperation" training management mode, it can promote the teaching effects and build "two- qualification" higher vocational nursing teaching team.
