剪刀在医疗废物毁形过程中产生的污染因素及防护对策

摘要 目的:对用于医疗废物毁形的剪刀污染情况进行调查和分析,进而提出应对策略。方法:对采用两种不同方法放置的毁形剪刀,分别在不同使用频次下对刀柄的细菌污染情况进行采样分析。结果:随着剪刀使用频次的增加,剪刀的污染程度也愈加严重,剪刀经 50 次使用后,剪刀柄采用悬挂方式放置时的平均菌落计数高达1007cfu/cm2,采用支架垂直放置时的平均菌落计数为 482cfu/cm2,其污染程度与剪刀的放置方式有关。结论:采用支架垂直放置毁形剪刀,可明显减少刀柄的污染程度,从而保护操作者的手卫生及周围环境,降低交叉感染几率。 Objectives: To understand the service status of medical waste destroying apparatus in grass-roots hospitals, to explore the pollution factors in destroying process, and to propose protective countermeasures. Methods: We investigated and analyzed destroying apparatus in grass-roots medical units. Results: With the increased using frequency of the scissors, the pollution status became serious. If the scissors used for 50 times and the scissors' handles were placed by suspension means, the average colony counts were as high as 1007cfu/cm^2. If the bracket was vertically placed, the average colony counts were 482 cfu/cm^2. The main reason of pollution was scissors placement way. Conclusion: Destroying scissors bracket vertical placement can significantly reduce the pollution degree, protect the operators' hands and the surroundings, and reduce cross infection rates.
