摘要
护士主观幸福感是稳定护理队伍的重要因素之一,本文从个人因素(人口学特征、自我效能、人格特质、应对方式)、工作因素(工作特征、薪酬收入、职称职务)及社会因素(工作与家庭冲突、社会支持)3方面对影响护士主观幸福感的因素进行阐述,旨在为未来的研究提供参考。
Nurses' subjective well-being is an important factor in stability of the nursing team. To explore the impact factors of the nurses' subjective well-being has become important research to improve the quality of care. From personal factors (self-efficacy, personality traits, coping styles), work factors (work characteristics, salary income, job title), and social factors (work and family conflict, social support) and other aspects, influencing factors of subjective well-being of the nurses were described, and discussed. It is aimed at offering new perspectives for future research.
