Through the assessment of the reforms in past dynasties, WANG Chuan-shan constructed a reform theoretical sys- tem. The system takes the change history view as its theoretical basis, the natural trend of conforming to the course of nature as its guiding ideology and show solicitude for people＇s livelihood as its essential value. Chuang-shan shows care for people＇s livelihood oriented reform thought and it still has a positive guiding significance to today＇s reform.
