摘要
目的探讨非结核分枝杆菌(non-tuberculosis mycobacterium,NTM)的流行病学特征和耐药现状,为NTM肺病的防治策略提供科学依据。方法对2002-2011年四川省结核病参比实验室收集的分枝杆菌进行药物敏感性检测及菌种鉴定。对确诊为NTM病例进行流行病学分析。结果 2002-2011年四川省结核病参比实验室对2 356个分枝杆菌菌株进行菌种鉴定,确诊为NTM的为251株,占10.65%,其中245株对异烟肼、对氨基水杨酸钠、乙胺丁醇、利福平、链霉素等常用抗结核药物存在不同程度的耐药,耐药率高达97.60%,且大多菌株同时对多种抗结核药物耐药。结论四川省NTM对抗结核药物的耐药率高,研究、探索抗NTM的新药及更为有效的诊断方法是当务之急。
Objective To investigate the epidemiology and drug resistance characteristics of non - tuberculosis mycobacterium (NTM), and thus to provide scientific basis for prevention and control strategies for NTM caused pulmonary diseases. Methods NTM identification and antimicrobial susceptibility test were performed on mycobacterium strains collected from 2002 to 2011. infected cases. Results Totally 251 strains of NTM Epidemiological analysis was applied to identify NTM were identified from 2 356 mycobacteria strains ( 10. 65% ), and 245 of which (97.60%) were resistant to common anti -tuberculosis drugs such as isonia- zid, sodiumaminosalicylate, ethambutol, rifampicin and streptomycin. Most strains showed multi - resistance to anti- tuberculosis agents. Conclusion The morbidity of NTM infection shows a rising trend, and isolated strains have great resistance to antituberculotic substance. More effective NTM caused pulmonary disease are imperative. diagnosis approach and new drugs for
