摘要
所研究的以尿素为氮源、磷矿粉为磷源生产复合肥料的新方法 ,是用硫酸与尿素作用生成硫酸尿 ,然后再与磷矿粉反应 ,经熟化 ,加入氯化钾 (或硫酸钾 )和微量元素 ,造粒、烘干 ,制得中等浓度的专用复合肥。通过实验研究了尿素与硫酸的配比 ,磷矿粉加入时的温度 ,熟化时间对有效磷的影响等工艺条件 ,从而确定了适宜的工艺参数。
This paper is concerned with a new method of production of the compound fertilizer made from nitrogen of urea and phosphorus of ground phosphate.By this method,the reaction of sulfuric acid with urea is urea sulfate,which then react with ground phosphate.After it has been ripened,potassium chloride (or potassium sulfate)and trace element are added to it,and then dried,the product is compound fertilizer.Through the experiment,we have known the ratio between urea and sulfuric,the temperature of adding ground phosphate,the influence of ripening time on effective phosphorus and other technological conditions,and as a result,we can define the optimum technological reference.
