摘要
汽车覆盖件的模具是汽车模具的重要组成部分,也是汽车更新换代及实现个性化的重要保征,汽车中大部分钣金件都是由模具冲制完成。随着汽车开发周期的缩短,对汽车覆盖件模具开发周期要求也缩短,如何缩短模具的CNC加工、研配和渊试各个环节的时间成为缩短模具制造周期的关键环节。本文介绍拉延成型原理及拉延过程中应力的分布,以实例的形式详细地介绍汽车前门内板拉延模在CAM软件编程中如何实现凹角过切加工方法。
The die of automobile panel is an important part of automobile die, which is also an important guarantee for update of automobile and realize individuation. Most of sheet metal components is made by die. With the development cycle shortened, the dies of automobile panel are required and shorten the development cycle. How to shorten tooling CNC processing, researching and testing of each link with time to be shortening the key link of mould manufacturing cycle. This paper will introduce the fornling principle by drawing and the drawing distribute of stress in the process. The form to the example described the drawing die of the car inner door panel in detail and showed how to realize the processing method on concave excess turning in CAM software programming.
