摘要
依据Y485T型柴油机上用的正时齿轮室铸造模具的结构特点,通过对CAM编程走刀路径的工艺优化,生成NC程序,进行模具的高效切削加工,减少了打刀机率,从而降低模具的加工成本。本文同时讲述了该模具的主要加工步骤及其加工参数的选择。
According to the structure characteristic and casting requirements of the Timing for Y485T Diesel engine.
