Designing a System of “Procuratorial Docking with Conciliation”

检调对接为检察机关化解矛盾纠纷的一项创新工作机制。近年来,各地检察机关对检调对接工作进行了有益的探索,但检调对接机制的运用还存在适用范围不统一等突出问题。本文在总结分析各地检察机关开展检调对接工作的基础上,对检调对接的涵义、现状等问题进行研究,对检调对接机制的程序完善提出思考和建议。

Procuratorial docking with conciliation is an innovative working mechanism for procuratorial organs to dissolve contradictions and disputes. Procuratorial organs in different cities have been making constructive exploration on the docking in recent years, but the application of the docking presents such sticking-out problems as non-unitary application scope. Based on the analytic summary of the programs of procuratorial docking with conciliation from procuratorial organs in different cities, this article makes researches into the issue in terms of the implication and actualities, and comes up with ideas and suggestions about how to produce an improved procedure for the docking mechanism.
