摘要
随着高校扩展和教师规模的不断扩大,青年教师已经成为高校的骨干教学力量之一和未来教育改革发展的主力。加强对青年教师的培养,关系着高校的可持续发展和教学科研水平的不断提高。在分析青年教师现状和存在的主要问题基础之上,从高校对青年教师的管理理念、培养方案、导师制选择、经费支持、考评体系、激励制度以及青年教师自身的职业精神等方面探讨了高校青年教师的培养。
With the development of colleges and the increase of teachers,young teachers has become the backbone of the teaching force and main force of the future education reform of colleges. Strengthening the training of young teachers is related with sustainable development and continuous improvement of teaching and research of college. Base on youth teachers" situations and the main problems, management concepts, training programs, mentoring op- tions,financial support,appraisal system and incentive system of college training young teachers are discussed, and the professionalism of the young teachers is also discussed.
