制造业高级化测度指标体系的构建及其实证研究

产业转型升级是走新型工业化道路的必然选择。虽然产业升级理念备受重视,但对于制造业升级的概念和测度评估方法尚缺乏深入研究。从探讨制造业高级化的概念与内涵出发,提出制造业高级化是指制造业向高附加值的产业与高附加值的环节升级的过程。在此基础上,依据指标体系的构建原则,构建了制造业高级化测度指标体系,并以江苏省为例,对其制造业高级化程度进行了测度与评价,以期为定量评估与测度制造业的发展提供参考。

Industry transformation and update is the necessary way to new industrialization. Al- though industry update idea is concerned, there is lack of deep research on the idea and measure- ment evaluation methods of manufacturing industry update. In this paper, starting from exploration of manufacturing industry upgrade idea and connotation, it is proposed that manufacturing industry up- grade is the updating process of manufacturing industry toward high value-added structures and links. On that basis manufacturing upgrade measurement index system is constructed according to in- dex system construction principle, and measures and evaluates the manufacturing advance level of Jiangsu province in order to provide reference for quantitative evaluation and measurement of industry development.
