全球经济进入再平衡时代,中国人口红利出现拐点,原有的制造成本优势逐渐丧失。中国能否抓住这次契机保持稳定增长,关键在于高新技术企业的创新能力与核心竞争力,而对外经营安全性、融资能力、创新能力等要素均与企业竞争力显著相关,是影响竞争力的关键因素。我国高新技术企业应充分把握新机遇,应通过增强企业自主创新能力,构建国际智慧军团等措施来综合提升企业竞争力。

Global economy is entering an age of rebalancing. With demographic dividend going into reverse and the advantage of manufacturing cost lost, the key is innovation capacity and core competences to determine whether China could seize this opportunity. There is a significant correlate between competitiveness and the key factors of operating security, financing capability, and innova- tion capacity. Therefore, new and high technology enterprises should enhance the competitiveness level by way of multi-channel financing, promoting the enterprise＇ s independent innovation ability and building international team of intelligence.
