摘要
指出了在焦化行业中,氨是在煤干馏的过程中,碳氢化合物热裂解时产生的。针对焦化废水的特点,结合多年的焦化废水设计及运行经验,对于氨氮处理提出了一些见解。其中对好氧池中硝化反应的温度、溶解氧、pH值、抑制性物质和缺氧池中反硝化反应的温度、溶解氧、碳源,提出了一些看法。在生化池中投加特定生物酶,能增强生化池的处理能力和抗冲击能力。
In the coking industry,the ammonia is generated by thermal cracking of hydrocarbon in the process of coal carbonization. Aimingat the characteristics of coking wastewater and combined with years of coking wastewater operating experience, this article puts forward some opinions of the controlling factors for the ammonia treatment,especially for the temperature, dissolved oxygen, pH and inhibitory substances of nitra- tion in aerobic tank, and the temperature, dissolved oxygen and carbon source of denitrification in anoxic tank. Besides,the article also propose that dosing a particular bio-enzyme to the biochemical pool can enhance the processing capacity and impact resistance of the biochemical pool.
