摘要
生态补偿是当前学界关注的热点问题,对生态补偿的法学研究处于起步阶段。结合国内外已有的生态补偿理论,对我国生态补偿法律制度的作了基本考察,介绍了我国生态补偿法律制度的基本现状、指出了我国生态补偿法律制度的不足之处,并提出了完善方向,以此推动我国生态补偿法律法规尽早出台,使生态补偿法律制度成为我国环境保护的一道坚实法律屏障。
Ecological compensation is a hot issue of current academia,on the ecological compensation legal research is at the start stage. This article unifies the domestic and foreign existing ecological compensation theory, to China＇s ecological compensation legal system has made the basic survey, introduced our country ecological compensation legal system basic present situation ,had pointed out our country ecological compensation legal system deficiencies ,and put forward the improvement direction,so as to promote China＇s ecological com- pensation legal laws and regulations as soon as possible,the ecological compensation legal system in our country environmental protec- tion a solid legal barrier.
