Analysis on Enhancing the Countermeasure of Innovation Ability of Equipment Manufacturing Industry——Taking Tangshan City

装备制造业要想赶上世界先进水平必须依靠自主创新,通过分析唐山市装备制造业自主创新的现状和存在的问题,提出促进唐山装备制造业自主创新的对策和建议:进一步加强自主创新平台建设;培育创新工程示范企业;加强装备制造业产业基地(园区)建设;多渠道培养和吸引高端创新人才;加强企业行业知识产权意识和品牌建设等。

Only relying on independent innovation the equipment manufacturing industry can catch up with the advanced world levels. This paper puts forward the countermeasure and the suggestion to promote the ability of independent innovation of Tangshan＇ s equipment man- ufacturing industry,through analyzing current situation and existence problem of independent innovation of equipment manufacturing in- dustry in Tangshan city. The following is further to enhance platform construction of independent innovation,to cultivate innovative engi- neering model enterprises, to strengthen equipment manufacturing industry base （ garden area ） construction ; to cultivate and attract high- level innovative talents In various ways,to enhance enterprise intellectual property rights awareness and brand building and so on.
