项目资助——对贫困大学生资助的新方式

Project Support——the New Way of the Support for the Poor College Students

目前,我国的资助体系彰显了社会公平,保证了多数贫困生有机会上大学。但随着工作的不断开展,缺乏效率,缺乏一定的约束机制,价值导向偏离培养目标逐渐显现出来。开辟对贫困大学生资助的新方式——项目资助,将使资助工作更加全面,更好的提升资助效率,充分展示资助导向的前瞻性和积极性,提升学生综合素质,还原大学角色身份。

In recent years the state provide a lot of financial aid for the poor College Students. This support assures equity of higher edu- cation and offers the poor students an opportunity to study. But with the rapid development of the work,some drawbacks such as devia- ting from an intended course was presented. To make the work better, we should find new ways. Project Support will be a good model be- cause of promoting the work more positively,improving the Students＇ comprehensive Quality and keeping the University social character.
