社会资本与高校学生工作的有序开展存在内在逻辑关联。当前高校内部社会资本发育不成熟,做好学生工作的过程中,必须提升师生之间的社会资本存量,加强对大学生的参与意识和责任意识培育,转变高校的学生管理模式,完善有利于做好学生工作的各项制度,大力促进高校学生社团发展,为做好高校学生工作的提供坚实根基。

Social capital and university students work closely related. The current university internal social capital development is not mature ,do a good job in student work in the process ,must improve the stock of social capital between teachers and students ,the cultiva- tion of students＇participation consciousness and responsibility consciousness, changing the college students management mode,perfect for best student work of each system, and vigorously promote the development of college student associations,to student work in Colleges and universities scientific development of a solid social resources.
