摘要
《民事诉讼法》课程在采用案例教学时应选取具有真实性和典型性、目的性和适中性、新颖性和趣味性的案例,此课程的课堂教学可以分为理论教学环节和实践教学环节。就案例教学法在这两个教学环节中的具体模式进行了深入探讨。
" Civil Procedure Law" course in the use of case teaching should be selected to have a real and typical, objective and neutral, novel and interesting case,this course classroom teaching can be divided into theory teaching and practice teaching, this article on the ease teaching method in the two teaching links in the specific mode are discussed in depth.
