Research on Cultivation of Innovative Capability of Graduate Students

研究生教育是高等教育的最高阶段和最高层次,硕士研究生作为社会建设的生力军,其创新能力的培养直接关系到建设创新型国家的战略目标,目前我国硕士研究生创新能力总体水平普遍不高,这其中不排除研究生自身天赋等主观因素的制约,但主要受到外部因素的影响,如招生制度、学科设置、课程教学、科研训练、社会实践、导师指导等,在此基础上提出高校研究生创新能力培养的对策和建议。

Graduate students education is the important part of higher education,in which master degree students account for a large a- mount. As the main force of society, the students with master degree take the responsibility for constructing innovative country. However, the innovation ability of graduate students is generally not good. The cultivation of innovation capability is influenced by many factors, and external is the most important, including enrollment, discipline construction, course teaching, research training, tutor instruction, and propose the suggestion for cultivation on innovative capability of graduate students.
