It is an outstanding phenomenon that the talents helped the hostile countries in ancient China and the reasons were complex. It strengthened the enemy countries and weakened their motherland, seriously damaged the interests of their motherland. It is different that the talents in the contemporary Chinese go abroad from that the talents in ancient China went into the hostile countries ,but alsothere is a similarity： the loss is at a heavy cost to the Chinese nation＇s overall renaissance. Therefore,the biggest message is to tell us today that the personnel system reform must be do well to retain talents and attract overseas talents to return to China.
