摘要 介绍了三峡电站ALSTOM水电机组推力轴承结构及其安装工艺,指出了传统的推力瓦受力调整工艺存在的问题,提出了改进工艺,并运用于该电站5F机组的推力瓦受力调整中。结果显示:新工艺提高了工作效率和调整质量,并提高了推力瓦受力的均匀性。 The structure of the thrust bearing and its installation technology have been introduced for a Three Gorges ALSTOM unit. Some problems existing in the traditional stress adjustment of the thrust bearing have been illustrated. An improved technology, which was successfully implemented to the stress adjustment of the thrust bearing in the 5F unit of the plant, has been put forward. The result shows that the new technology has improved the work efficiency, adjustment quality, and the stress uniformity of the thrust bearing as well.
