摘要 促红细胞生成素产生肝细胞受体(Eph)及其配体ephrins作为酪氨酸蛋白激酶受体家族最大的亚群,在细胞黏附、定位、迁移和分化过程中起关键作用。在人类胃肠道肿瘤尤其是结直肠癌中发现Eph和ephrins的表达水平与肿瘤发生发展密切相关,并且不同的Eph及ephrins成员在肠上皮细胞中呈现多样性表达。探讨Eph及ephrins在恶性肿瘤发生发展过程中的作用和机制,将为结直肠癌的治疗提供更加准确的临床依据。 Erythropoitin producing hepatocellular receptors (Ephs) and their ligands ephrins, the lar- gest subset of tyrosine protein kinase receptor family, play a key role in the adhesion, orientation, migration and differentiation of cells. Eph and Ephrins are found closely correlated with tumorigenesis and development in human gastrointestinal tumors, especially colorectal cancer. The members of Ephs and ephrins show diverse expression in intestinal epithelial cells. Studying the mechanism and role of Ephs and ephrins on the malignant tumor occurrence and development will provide more accurate clinical basis for the treatment of colorectal cancer.
