摘要 【目的】通过建立基于RFID与WebGIS的苹果质量安全溯源系统,解决目前新疆特色农产品质量监管中存在的问题。【方法】以新疆阿克苏苹果为例,将GIS技术、数据库技术、.NET技术和JSP等技术相结合,利用Eclipse开发平台和ArcGIS工具,设计基于RFID与WebGIS技术的新疆特色农产品溯源系统。【结果】该系统利用GIS的数据管理及分析功能,集成了阿克苏苹果在种植、供应、运输和销售等各个环节的信息数据,并通过GIS数据分析实现用户对各类信息的检索功能。【结论】系统的建立增强了农产品流通过程中的产品信息的透明度,提高了企业生产管理水平,同时也增强了消费者的农产品安全意识和政府部门对农产品质量安全的监管力度。 [ Objective ] Agricultural products quality tracing system is established to solve the problems existing in the monitoring of growth and production of special agricultural products in Xinjiang at the present time. [ Method ] Based on the analysis of factors which affect apples safety in Aksu region, the apple quality tracing system based on RFID and WebGIS in Xinjiang is designed by the combination of GIS technology, the database ( SQL Server) technology, net technology and JSP technology and by using Eclipse development plat- form and ArcGIS tool. [ Conclusion ] With application of this system, the transparency of product information during the growing and process is available, the management level of enterprises is improved, and the safety consciousness of consumers and supervision of government department for agricultural products quality safety are enhanced, too.
